High Quality Organic Foods – I make sure that any animal derived products used are of the best quality, such as locally produced organic goats yogurt & organic free range eggs from a local farm.
Flexible and Seasonal – I always take into account any food allergies or intolerances as well as the seasonal availability of ingredients when planning your bespoke menu.

WORKSHOPS & TALKS
I’m very passionate about spreading the wealth of knowledge I have gained with those who wish to take their health into their own hands or just those willing to listen. My favourite way of doing this is practically, through food!
I host wholistic cooking workshops based on different themes such as:
Plant Based Basics, Food Meditation, First Steps to Fermenting Foods, Raw Food, Plant Based Breakfasts, Plant Based Lunches, Weekly Meal Prep, Healthy Treats and more.
I also give talks about the benefits of leading a plant based lifestyle, usually followed by a quick and easy recipe demo which everyone can take home with them after the event.
