Handbook – Compiling a comprehensive handbook with all recipes, market lists and nutritional information for each menu item.


PRIVATE WHOLISTIC CHEF

I cater for private parties and events, from dinner parties at your home to yoga retreats across Europe.

100% Plant-Based – The menus I create are 100% plant based and can sometimes be vegetarian on request.

High Quality Organic Foods – I make sure that any animal derived products used are of the best quality, such as locally produced organic goats yogurt & organic free range eggs from a local farm.

Flexible and Seasonal – I always take into account any food allergies or intolerances as well as the seasonal availability of ingredients when planning your bespoke menu.

WORKSHOPS & TALKS

I’m very passionate about spreading the wealth of knowledge I have gained with those who wish to take their health into their own hands or just those willing to listen. My favourite way of doing this is practically, through food!

I host wholistic cooking workshops based on different themes such as:

Plant Based Basics, Food Meditation, First Steps to Fermenting Foods, Raw Food, Plant Based Breakfasts, Plant Based Lunches, Weekly Meal Prep, Healthy Treats and more.

I also give talks about the benefits of leading a plant based lifestyle, usually followed by a quick and easy recipe demo which everyone can take home with them after the event.


POP-UP SUPPER CLUBS

I like to bring communities of likeminded people together through food

We work with local farmers & cooks to design a seasonal menu to tantalize your tastebuds. These events are hosted in the middle of Ibiza’s countryside usually at the farm we get the ingredients from or other secret locations
